Written by Submitted Monday, 02 April 2012 12:55 PM Crimestoppers seeks information on a missing a TroyBilt Wood splitter in the “Crime of the Week.”This machine was taken sometime around January 18, 2012 and was taken by cutting two locks and removing the chain which was securing the $1,300 machine. The tongue that allows the machine to be moved by a vehicle had been taken off earlier, by the owner. As information, the wood splitter was taken near the 100 block of Woodring Circle (Meat Camp area), Boone, NC.Anyone with information please call High Country Crimestoppers at (828) 268-6959.
